Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

We use this information to evaluate applications, manage memberships, process payments, deliver membership benefits (calls, accountability, recordings, retreat access), communicate with members and applicants, maintain community security, and improve the Site.

We do not sell member information. We share it only with: service providers who support our operations (payment processing, our community platform, email service, and, for retreats, relevant vendors); other members, limited to what you choose to share in calls and the community platform; and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Heart Rock Collective or its members.
